Virtual credits unlock advanced features on our platform, including Background Removal, and Text Messaging. By understanding how credits are utilized for each feature, you can optimize your Experience.
1. How do I purchase Virtual Credits?
To purchase Virtual Credits, navigate to your account dashboard's Settings > Credits section. From the credits section of your account, you can buy bulk credits for the following prices:
200 credits for $10 ($0.050/credit)
1,000 credits for $48 (Save 4%)
3,000 credits for $319 (Save 10%)
5,000 credits for $213 (Save 15%)
10,000 credits for $400 (Save 20%)
20,000 credits for $750 (Save 25%)
100,000 credits for $3500 (save 30%)
2. Auto Recharge
We highly recommend enabling the Auto Recharge feature. When enabled, the software will automatically recharge the credit card on file if your credits drop below a certain amount.
You can set when it should recharge your card on file.
3. International Text Messaging
Sending text messages to phone numbers outside the United States and Canada requires Virtual Credits. You can review the cost of international text messages by country below.
