Let's begin creating your Sharing Station event. From the Events tab, click the +New Event button to set up your first Sharing Station event, as in the clip below.
Step one is the General settings. This step lets you input critical details about the event, such as the event name and schedule.
Name: Here is where you type the name of your event. This name will only appear in the user sections of our software (dashboard and the launcher) and won't be visible to your guests.
Please choose a name that clearly describes your event. This will make locating your event in the future easier, especially if you manage multiple events.Event Date: Selecting the correct "Date" for your event is crucial because it will be watermark-free for your guests to share only on this day. If the event is set for the wrong date, you cannot load it on the Launcher, or your files will be watermarked "Pending."
An event lasts 30 hours, starting at midnight on the event date. For example, if your event is on January 2nd, you will have access to the event until 6 AM on January 3rd. When we say access, we mean that the event will no longer be visible from the Launcher after 6 AM on the following day.
Once your event is published, you cannot change the date from the dashboard.
Users with Access: Sub-users are a premium feature available on the Agency plan. In this setting, you can select the sub-users you create from the dropdown menu. You can find out more about sub-users here.
