Event credits in PicPic Social allow you to publish your events. When you subscribe to a monthly or yearly plan, a specific number of credits is added to your account based on your chosen plan. This guide will help you understand how event credits work and provide tips for managing them efficiently.

How to Use Your Event Credits

Event credits are added to your account on your subscription renewal date. Each event you publish uses 1 credit from your total balance.

Checking Your Event Credit Balance

To view your event credit balance, go to your Dashboard and navigate to Settings > Credits. There, you’ll see how many events you can still publish until your next subscription renewal date.

Your Event credit balance resets on your monthly or yearly renewal date.

What to Do If You Run Out of Event Credits

Each subscription Plan includes a specific number of Event credits per month or year. You can check the Plans page for details on the number of credits included in each plan before subscribing.

If you frequently run out of event credits before your renewal date, consider upgrading to a higher plan like the Market Leader Plan or the Agency Plan.

The Agency plan offers unlimited event credits, allowing you to publish as many events as you’d like throughout your subscription period.

Can I Publish an Event Without Event Credits?

Yes, you have the option to pay-per-event if you’re not on a subscription plan or if you run out of credits before your renewal date. Learn more about the pay-per-event option here.
