The Remote Queue is your central hub for managing and monitoring your event files in real-time. It offers an easy way to track uploads to your Gallery, sharing, and overall event status, giving you valuable insights and control over your event operations.
The interface may vary based on the mode you've selected. Below is a breakdown of the key modes and their respective features.
Sharing Station Mode
1. General information
At the top, you'll see the event name and the available options to access your Sharing Station. In this mode, you can connect to the Sharing Station using different methods. Simply scan the appropriate QR code based on the version of the Sharing Station you are using.
2. Event Files
On the right, the Event Files section displays images or videos related to your event. These files are either uploaded to your gallery or shared with guests.
A green checkmark on an image or video means it has been uploaded and is ready for sharing.
Files without the checkmark are either pending upload or sharing.
For more details, click on any file to view its specific status (uploaded, shared, or pending).
QR Sharing Mode
1. General information
In QR Sharing Mode the top of the screen, you'll see the name of your event and a Preview of the Slide currently displayed, and the controls for your Slideshow screen.
Shuffle: When enabled, files from the "Next From Event" section will display on the slideshow in random order. Shuffle does not impact "Next in Queue."
Pause: This stops the slideshow entirely. It will not begin again until you unpause the Remote Queue.
Skip Forward: The slideshow will jump to the following file in either the "Next From Event" or the "Next in Queue" immediately.
2. Event Files
The Next in Queue section will show Files that have been newly added to your Watch Folder and are next in queue to be displayed in the SlideShow.
The Next From Event Section Will show content from the event that will be uploaded to your gallery and or shared with your guest.
Green checkmarks on each image indicate that they have been uploaded to your gallery and are ready to be shared.
If the file still needs to be uploaded or shared, the green checkmark will not appear. You can monitor the status of each file by checking for these marks.
You can also get more information about the Status of each File by clicking on them. You will be able to see if the file has already been shared successfully.
You can drag and drop files from the "Next From Event" section to the "Next in Queue" section. It's a helpful way to control what will display next in the Slideshow.

Display Time: This controls how long the images will display when the Slideshow runs. This setting only controls how long pictures are displayed. It does not impact videos at all.
Video Loop: You can set the video loop to play multiple times within this setting. We recommend setting this to two from zero if guests may be slower to scan and download their files from the Slideshow.
Outputs: You can have your videos display in the Launcher or in a Chrome Browser if you have google chrome installed.
Effect Duration - This controls how long the Slideshow will take to go from one file to another.
Watch Folders
The Watch Folders section is where you select the folder the Launcher will watch for new images and video files. New files will display in the Slideshow once saved to the monitor folder you choose.

You can select a variety of effects to use during the transitions from one file to another. The "Available Effects" only apply to images in the monitor folder, not videos. The only transition effect used for videos is a "Fade" effect.
