If you are using an old version of Safari, you may encounter issues where the send button isn't visible. Your iPad must be updated to the latest iOS Operating System to fix this. The instructions below will show you how!

  1. Please plug your iPad into its charger and connect to Wi-Fi.

  2. Tap Settings > General, then tap "Software Update."
    ​
    ​

  3. Tap "Download and Install." If a message asks to remove apps temporarily because the software needs more space for the update, tap Continue.

  4. To update immediately, tap "Install."
    ​
    ​

  5. When prompted, please enter your passcode.
    ​
    ​

  6. Once the installation is complete, try running the Virtual Sharing Station in your Safari web browser and share an email or text. You should see everything appropriately displayed!
