How To Edit Reports in PicPic Social

This guide will show you how to edit all of the information shown on your report .PDF before sending it to your client.

Reports are essential tools that compile data from your events, providing valuable insights into social media engagement and overall performance. You can use these reports to track key metrics, such as impressions and shares, and present your findings to clients.

Load the Report

  1. Navigate to the PicPic Social Dashboard and go to Reports.

  2. Select one or more events.

  3. Click Load Report Data.

Edit the Report

Once the report has been generated, you can edit the report.

  1. Fill out any necessary fields. Feel free to remove any social media platforms that have no data associated with it.

    • Header (Name, Client, Location, Date) - Enter the header information that will be used to generate your pdf report.

    • Analytics - These numbers are taken from the analytics section of your event. You can modify these numbers if you feel the need to.

  2. Click Generate Report when you are finished editing.

Additional Information
