[A] Export Your Design

Curator templates have SPECIFIC dimensions, meaning that you can only use templates from the Curator/Pixbooth section on the Paddee website. To access those templates login to your Paddee account and click on BLANK TEMPLATES, then click on the Curator/Pixbooth tab as seen here:

Before you can import a design into Curator/Pixbooth you need to Export it from the Paddee editor first.

Click Export and choose between Sample or Final:

Sample: This will export a version of the design with a watermark free of charge. We suggest using this method while testing your designs in your photo booth software.

Final: This will export a version without a watermark but will charge you or deduct a credit from your account.

Then Select the Other option from the drop down menu as your software.

[B] Extract the Zipped file

After the file has been downloaded to your PC, go to your Downloads folder and extract the file.

[C]  Import into Curator/Pixbooth

Login to your account at: https://app.curatorlive.com/dashboard, if you have an existing event click on edit, if not click on "create new event".

After you create an event you will be presented with a lot of event options. Fill out the necessary fields up until you get to the Experience Buttons and Customize Experience tabs.

In the Experience Button section, you will see a section that says "Experience Selection" then under experiences click on "Photo layout". As seen here:

After you've selected the photo layout, scroll all the way down and click on continue. You should be in the Customize Experience tab now which should look like this:

Click on photo layout and scroll down until you see "Number of frames" and "Photo layout". Depending on your design, select the number of frames associated with the design. For this guide I used a template with 3 frames so I selected "3".

After you select the number of frames, scroll down the photo layout section. Select the layout that your Paddee template is in. I used a three angled template so I will be choosing that one.

Click on "Upload Custom Design" then navigate to where your Paddee template is saved. Then you will see the template reflected in the preview.

Press continue, then you're all set! That's how you import a custom design from Paddee to Curator.
