This guide will walk you through seamlessly integrating Paddee templates into your Check Cherry account, making accessing and using over 10,000 professional templates for your events more accessible. Follow these simple steps to get started:
Step 1: Enable the Paddee Integration in Check Cherry
Log into your Check Cherry account.
Navigate to the "Manage Business Settings" section.
Click on "Integrations."
Under "Design Template Integrations," locate "Paddee."
Click the "Enable" button.
You’ll see a brief description of Paddee’s features. Click "Enable Integration" again to confirm.
Step 2: Import Paddee Design Templates into Check Cherry
Once enabled, navigate to "Manage Design Collections."
Click "Add a Paddee Collection."
There will be one option labeled "Paddee Templates." You can choose to Preview the collection or Import it into your account.
After the import completes, you will see a message asking if you want to Add This to Your Upcoming Bookings.
Note: This step ensures that all new bookings will automatically access Paddee templates.
Step 3: Add Templates to Existing Bookings
To ensure all your ongoing bookings have access to the templates, click "Add to Existing Bookings."
This action will import the Paddee collection into all your current and future bookings.
Step 4: Managing Your Paddee Design Collections
Go to the "Designs" section to view your new templates.
From the "Settings" tab, you can:
Adjust Template Visibility: Choose which layouts and formats (e.g., square photos only) are visible to your clients.
Limit Categories: Based on your needs, select specific template categories, such as “Wedding” or “Holiday."
Assign Templates to Specific Packages: For example, could you show the Paddee templates only for your Photo Booth package or another custom service?
You can create multiple design collections for different types of bookings if needed. This is useful if you have various offerings, like different types of photo booths or other services.
Step 5: Personalizing Questions for Clients
Under "Extra Questions," you can customize the questions clients see when choosing their designs.
The system has a few default questions, but you can Edit, Add New Ones, or Reorder them.
These questions will appear during the client’s design selection process, allowing them to easily customize their template preferences.
Step 6: Managing Templates in Bookings
Go to any Upcoming Booking and click on the "Designs" tab.
You should now see the Paddee Collection available.
Clients will be prompted to answer the personalized questions you set up earlier when selecting a design.
Once completed, the client will receive a confirmation message and a link to the editable template version.
You’ll also have the option to Download the Template and open it directly in Paddee’s built-in editor for further modifications.
Step 7: Editing Templates with Paddee’s Built-in Editor
From the client’s design selection, click on "Download Template."
This will open the template in Paddee’s editor, where you can:
Customize text, colors, and layout.
Add or adjust graphics to suit the event.
Save your changes and send the finalized version back to the client.
