Overview

You are ready to go! Guests can now share their photos with themselves using your PicPic Social sharing station! Now let’s change how they can view those files!

The PicPic Social app offers two view modes - Touch and Touchless. In the upper right corner, you will find a green circle button. Once pressed and you enter your server password, you can change your view mode to one of the options below.

Touch Mode - Classic

Classic mode is the default view for the PicPic Social app. It offers a row of thumbnails and a large image view for the content captured.

  1. Please use the (+) Add icon in the upper-righthand corner of the image to add your desired photos to the queue.

  2. You can share up to 4 files at once.

  3. Click Next once you’ve selected your desired files!

You’ll find the Sharing Screen displaying all the share options you previously enabled when creating your sharing event.

Touch Mode - Grid

Grid mode displays your files in an Instagram-like format. Guests can tap their desired files to get a larger view and then press the (+) Add button to send images to the Selected Media queue.

Touchless Mode - 1 Up

In 1 Up mode, guests can swipe left or right to view files from the watch folder. On the lower right-hand side of the file, they can scan the QR code with their phone.

The QR code for each photo/video links to the single-image Microsite page. The Microsite sharing options you have enabled in the template will be available once scanned.

  1. At the Sharing Station, you will see a collection of all the photos you have taken in the booth. Each image will have a QR Code.

  2. Guests must scan the QR code with the default camera application on their smartphone. It brings them to the Microsite to share in various ways.

  3. Find out more about Microsites in the Add-on section in Step 6!
