PicPic Social Refund Policy
Monthly / Yearly Subscriptions
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
How do I cancel my subscription (required): You must cancel before your next renewal charge using one of the following:
A written request to support@picpicsocial.com
A written request to the in-app chat via the online dashboard
Phone calls alone are not considered a valid cancellation request unless they are accompanied by a written request.
Refund Window (After Renewal): You have 5 business days from the date of your renewal charge to contact us and request a refund.
Refund Eligibility: You may only request a refund if both are true:
Your request is made within 5 business days of the renewal charge, and
You have not published any events during the billing period.
Non-Usage: Not using the service during the billing period does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
Verification: Refund decisions are based on system records and written timestamps. We may request that you forward the original cancellation email/chat for verification.
Payment Method Removal: If you request removal of your payment method, we will remove it from your account where possible. Payment details are handled by our payment processor, and we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Pay-Per-Event
All per-event charges are non-refundable. Per-event purchases are only subject to account credit (at PicPix’s discretion and subject to the Important Notes section below).
Virtual Booth Events Featuring Over 1,000 Images
If the event exceeds 1,000 photos, a $0.15 charge per photo will apply immediately after the event concludes.
Virtual Credits
Virtual credit purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once purchased, virtual credits can be used for text messaging, AI Background Removal, AR Props, etc. Account credits and virtual credits cannot be converted to cash or refunded to a card.

Export = Delivered Service: Any final export (including test, accidental, or incomplete/blank exports) counts as delivered service for that billing period and makes the subscription ineligible for a refund for that period.

Pay-Per-Design
All pay-per-design charges are non-refundable.
Design Credits (Legacy / Grandfathered Plans)
Most current plans do not use design credits. This section applies only to legacy/grandfathered users. Design credits (including purchased credits) are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel, downgrade, or your subscription becomes delinquent long enough for the legacy plan to terminate, you forfeit unused credits. Once you cancel a legacy plan, you cannot resubscribe to it.
Paddee License / Usage Requirements (Billing-Related)
Paddee templates must be exported as complete designs, including a header and the event date. You must use a new design for each event (you cannot reuse an exported overlay by changing text for a different event/date).
Incomplete/Blank Export Fee: Exporting an incomplete design with the intent to use it later may trigger an additional $19.99 fee per incomplete export. This fee is non-refundable. Violations of usage requirements do not create eligibility for refunds and may result in account restrictions or termination.
Important Notes (Applies to PicPic Social + Paddee)
Transaction Fee
All refunds are subject to a 5% transaction fee. After 5 business days, you are only eligible for account credit (if eligible).
Account Credits
Account credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be converted to cash or refunded.
Conduct / Disputes
Refund eligibility is determined strictly by this policy and account records.
Threats of negative reviews, chargebacks, or reputational harm do not change refund eligibility.
Data Deletion
If you are no longer actively subscribed to a plan or your account has been delinquent, suspended, or terminated for 30 days or longer, your data is at risk of permanent deletion. We erase all data uploaded and collected through your account after 45 days. To preserve your data, the best option is to remain subscribed to a plan or export it before cancellation.
