Monthly / Yearly Subscriptions

You must request to cancel your subscription before your account's next renewal charge. If you contact us after your renewal charge has occurred, you have one week to request a refund. You can only request a refund if you have not published any events during the billing period.

Per-Event

All per-event charges are non-refundable. They are only subject to account credit.

Virtual Booth Events Featuring Over 1000 Images

If the event exceeds 1,000 photos, there will be a $0.15 (15 cent) charge per photo immediately after the event concludes.

Virtual Credits

Purchases for virtual credits are not refundable and cannot be transferred to another account. Once virtual credits are purchased, they can be used for text messaging, AI Background Removal, AR Props, etc.

Important Note

Transaction Fee: All refunds are subject to a 5% transaction fee. After one week, you are only eligible for account credit.

Data Deletion: If you are no longer actively subscribed to a plan or your account has been delinquent, suspended, or terminated for 30 days or longer, your data is at risk of permanent deletion. We erase all data uploaded and collected through your account after 45 days. To preserve your data, the best option is to remain subscribed to a plan or export it before cancellation. If you have any questions regarding this policy, don't hesitate to contact support.
